HISTORY
Based in Barcelona, FRE3 BODIES is a creation and performance program for outstanding young talents willing to dedicate eight months of their lives to intensive training in a highly creative environment.

As a bridge to professional context, FRE3 BODIES creates opportunities to collaborate with national and international artists who shape today's artistic scene.

Young talents from all over the world are chosen to be part of this project which will offer them a broader vision of the reality of the performer and the professional artist.

We provide them with tools to face the current market of contemporary dance, through creations, workshops and stage experiences.
Based on the format of a youth company, FRE3 BODIES is located in the city of Barcelona that offers students the possibility to boost their creativity and gain performative experiences with professionals from national and international contemporary dance scene.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide young artists with the best tools to achieve their dreams, consolidate the dance industry as a career path and bring contemporary dance to the public at large.

NADINE GERSPACHER
Co-Director
Former dancer for Dave Saint Pierre and choreographer for 'Heart Ibiza' by Cirque du Soleil among others, Nadine has been directing her company for over ten years, creating numerous works bringing dance and theatre together in a compelling union. Her contribution to the dance industry has led her to receive the Isadora Duncan Award from the Iwanson - Sixt Foundation in Munich. Her passion for choreography and education has led her to develop a captivating universe where artists can only thrive.

HUVELLE
Assistant Director
Former member of the FRE3 BODIES program, Ombline has joined the team after standing out for her high skills in coordinating teams and her sharp understanding of aesthetics and movement. Her background in Economics sheds a new light on the practise of dance, in addition to her care for detail, precision and people. She is actively collaborating with other projects to walk her promising path as an artist.
NICOLAS
RICCHINI
Co-Director
Former dancer for companies Akram Khan Company, Lali Ayguadé Company and Clod Ensemble, Nicolas is now the director of production company and artist agency Big Story, specialised in contemporary dance. He's also rejoined Akram Khan Company as a rehearsal director on 'Chotto Xenos'. Passionate about dance and entrepreneurship, his mission is to support artists in telling their stories and put contemporary dance at the very front of the stage.
